Authorized Repair Station and Distributor
Tulmar is formally approved as a repair station and reseller for all EAM Worldwide and Winslow Life Rafts. The approval is renewed every year and staff is trained regularly by the OEMs.

Aviation Life Rafts
Our services for Aviation Life Rafts range from the distribution of new and used EAM or Winslow Life Rafts to MRO services of rafts, including recertification and raft rentals to help prevent any downtime during the servicing of your raft.
Routine servicing extends the lifespan of your liferaft and guarantees that all components will perform reliably in an emergency.
Military Life Rafts
Our suite of rafts are available to the Canadian Forces in capacity ranging from 1 to 20 persons. Canadian Forces members can contact our military experts.

Aviation Life Rafts – New
Life Rafts come in a variety of configurations for survival kits, ELTs (standard or recoded) and packaging, to suit your aircraft. Our team of expert can assist in providing the right configuration for your aircraft setup. Rafts for training are also available.
Aviation Life Rafts – Used
Used rafts can be retrofitted with a variety of survival kits, ELTs and packaging to meet your needs. Contact our aviation team of experts to inquire about our inventory of used aviation rafts.

Aviation Life Rafts MRO
If your raft is in need to replace a part, or you suspect it might need replacement, you can ship it to Tulmar’s Hawkesbury location for a complete inspection. All needs for refurbishment and repairs will be quoted to you in a timely fashion. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul can then be completed, re-certifying your raft (duration in years varies per your raft’s model). This includes ELT recoding as needed, survival kits refilling, accessories replacement (such as but not limited to Quoit line, boarding ladders and sea anchors) and cleaning.
Military Life Rafts
Our suite of XL, Arctic and Submarine Life Rafts are fully equipped, from boarding ladders to survival kits, canopies and all other components as per Canadian Forces requirements. Life Rafts can be sent in for repairs and inspection at our Hawkesbury facilities.
